@Dannie – Yes it’s pretty cool, if it makes life a little easier and saves a few minutes here or there and a little WP frustration then it’s all worth it! :)

So is this related to the “speed up your site” feature you were talking about earlier?

I actually like working off your server – I’m a little hesitant to do something on the desktop – not sure why.

@Ivana – This is not really related to the speed side of things, possibly but I’ve never found there was an issue with the speed when creating a post or page. It’s actually more related to having more perfect ‘design’ capabilities so you can have things display as you want and being able to work offline. Some people use this type of software as a method for their own backup also.

Thanks for that Shane. Are you liking your OneTheme? Me too :-)

Yep, downloaded the Writer and as you said it’s impressive. I’ll be using it. What makes it better is that I’m actually using it seamlessly on my Mac laptop!

I’m using VMware Fusion (Trial) and the Beta version of Microsoft 7 (free download). I’m amazed everything integrates seamlessly – the Aps show up in the dock if they were MacOs.

    Best of both worlds!

Windows Live Writer is an awesome little app and works great with the iMac and VMware Fusion. It simplifies image editing and makes styling on WordPress an easy process.

I have been blogging for since january 2009 and had to learn

a lot of things through trial and error. I am currently

reading to your training blog and finding it to be very informative.

For anyone that is thinking of starting a training blog I highly recommend this is a good one.
