    Today we experienced a minor hiccup with our support suite powered by Fogbugz. It was an administration error on our part that caused it to email previous clients who had submitted tickets. oops!

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    On a positive note we’ve quickly identified the problem and now have our ticket system in place.
