What If I need Help Setting My Site Up?

We understand that not everyone either has the time or the desire to do the setup themselves. So we've created a number of sign-up options depending on the level of assistance you're after.

If you're a competant user who is comfortable setting up your own account, happy reading the user manual if you get stuck etc. then you can go for the 'Self-Setup option' but if you want that extra hand holding then one of the EM setup options will be the way to go for you.

The benefits of having us setup your site and account is that it's faster, you're not wondering if you've done it right and you get that one on one assistance from one of our friendly EM guru's.

Can I get Custom Help If Needed?

Of course! We have a fee for service option to cover custom requirements that are not part of our standard email ticket support. This basically gives you the opportunity to ask for help with anything! Including custom programming or modifications for your EM site. We will give you a quote via email on the cost depending on the complexity involved and a time frame how long it will take to complete, if you're happy and accept you're billed and the work happens asap!

This may include things like:

- Sales page (setup, styling) (between $50-$300)

- Theme style adjustments ($20 - $500 depending on time and complexity of requirements)

- Logo adjustments ($20-$40 approx)

- Review of your email marketing and affiliate marketing setup and adjustments. (between $100 - $200)

- Custom script integration, db adjustments, anything custom...(between $30 - $500, all dependent on time to complete and complexity)

- One to One coaching

All accounts include free basic email ticket support.
