Get the Zappos Family 2009 Culture Book for FREE!I’ve been a long time fan, fan-atic of Tony and the crew at Zappos and what they have achieved, the way they have built such an amazing company with such a heavy client focused organization.
Now to over deliver once again they’re giving anyone an opportunity to get a copy of their new culture book for free.
I highly recommend it and I’m sure you will get some real gems that you can use in your own business, things that you can do to improve the quality of your customer service and ultimately get more happy clients and sales.
Click here to check it out now. Just fill out the form and they will send you the book! I did say in my email out that there’s no strings attached. The only ‘string’ as such is that you have to fill the form out – otherwise where the heck are they going to send the book to? So I don’t really call that a ‘string’ more of a trade. Yes, I’m sure they will email you after letting you know about what they do etc. If you don’t like their emails OPT-OUT.
You’ll also notice they’re running a very healthy membership site. So you can get some great tips and ideas from them about that too.
If you’ve been to one of the Zappos workshops or tours please leave a comment blow and let us know what you thought…

Hey Shane,
There Membership site wouldn’t so happen to be based on a highly engaging and clear cut membership platform called Extreme Member ?

Hey Brian, No the ZapposInsights membership site is NOT an Extreme Member site. I’m not 100% sure but probably a custom solution. Amazon actually own Zappos now so they have some pretty decent resources in the technology space!

I just got an email from Zappos:
Hey Shane,
Your culture book is on its way! Please allow for 7 – 10 business days for it to arrive. If you have already received it, disregard this message.
We will send a book to:

This is really true. The Zappos folks are awesome and we can all learn from their example of how to truly run a community site.
